MOLLIE LEVINGSTON BELL was born between 1853 - 1860 in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. Her parents were Alf Levingston and Peggy Scaife Levingston and they were from Georgia. Mollie was a traditional farm wife on a very large farm. She had 13 children and lost one child, Mary Willis during her lifetime. She also raised her grandsons John and Union and was said to be very strict with them. Mollie Levingston Bell passed away on November 8, 1928. One record says she was around 68 years old.
