From Daily Challenge:

(A good challenge to start on Nov 1st. If you put one item per day in a bag or box, you will have 30 at the end of the month. You can then sell on Market Place or elsewhere for extra Christmas $ or donate and receive a receipt for 2019 deduction- Rik)

Look into your closets, basement, storage room, or attic to find an item in good condition that you haven't used in months or years. It can be a tool you only used once, an odd wedding present, or a coat you no longer wear. Dust or clean the item, if needed. Then set it aside for donation to a charity thrift store or nonprofit that collects items for reuse.

Why it matters

Clutter from unused items interferes with your life, physically and emotionally. When you give away an item that you don't use any more, you make a small break with the past. This helps you focus on what's important to you in the present and may also unburden you from reminders of the past that aren't productive for your future.

Thanks Billie. This really is the best article on Fibromyalgia that I've read.

Thank you, Wallace for all of your work to get us a list of items to help us be prepared in case of an emergency.
